Hi! I’m Ms. Amber and I am your child’s teacher for this exciting new year. Teaching is an absolute passion of mine and I can’t wait to see the journey that God has planned for us. I thought you might like to know a little bit about me.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Matthew. We have a son (Jonathan) who is in third grade and a daughter (Mia) who is 3 years old and will be joining the older 3’s classroom this year. My children are my world. They do take a lot of my free time, but I still take time fore photography, baking, and crafting, just a few of my hobbies.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I moved here to Miami about eight years ago to settle down and raise my family. I am currently working on my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and through lots of studying, hope, and faith, I will be graduating at the end of this year.
I have been working with Miami Baptist Preschool for about four years now and it has been a blessing to be surrounded by such a beautiful and loving family. I look forward to meeting you all this Thursday at the Back to School Night, at 7:00 PM. Together we can make this a wonderful year for your children.
